In October of 1962, Jack and Dee Newman

opened up the fourth Carbone's at that time.

Within a few years Jack bought out his

brother-in-laws and kept this Carbone's

separate from all the others.


Jack and Dee ran Carbone's Pizza for over 25

years and eventually sold to their son and

daughter in-law, John and Linda. They have

kept the tradition of quality food for a fair

price.


To this day we still make our dough, sauce,

italian sausage, and hand rolled meatballs

from scratch. There is no "just add water" for

our dough or "open a bag of sauce and pour."

Our dough is made just about everyday of the

week. The sauce is made with real spices

that is full of flavor you can taste.
